No there are positive symptoms like delusions, paranoia and disorganised thinking. Not everyone is the same who has schizophrenia.

Have you tried choline supplements or eating eggs for disorganised thinking? I’ve found that helps me a lot.
NAC was helping a lot as well with a lot of symptoms.
I don’t hear voices either. Got diagnosed with sz due to delusions, paranoia and disorganised thinking.

I don’t her voices or see visions. I get paranoia, a set of stubborn fixed (false) beliefs, and disorganized thoughts. And I was heading in a bad direction before I started meds again.
