Anyone else struggle with this? I’ll don’t feel like myself and feel like I’m just some character in a video game going through life with other people having an influence on what happens

yes i did for many years.
16 in fact. felt a million miles away in my mind. detatched. things were unreal at times. made interacting difficult with others. effected me greatly.

Yeah sometimes things look unreal, like its all digital and unnatural. Sometimes object shrink or grow or object jump or the walls wobble, or corners look rounded.

Yes I go through this. In hospital recently I said to the pdocs that I feel like my inner head is my reality and the world around me is a dream. Then the head dr said it sounds like derealisation

Wow those are straight up hallucinations though I’m glad and I don’t have any no voices either

Yeah it’s crazy I can understand what it is and that it’s not an accurate perception but sometimes I still feel that way same with my delusions. I think it’s because I’m high functioning but also crazy at the same time.
Yeah i have trouble deciphering if its hallucination or dissociating
