So I read that you can have depression without sadness, just anhedonia. I have anhedonia. And lately I feel my body is in pain. I can’t do things.
So if it’s depression, I am schizoaffective, depressive type? Not undifferentiated schizophrenia anymore?

Depression doesn’t necessarily change your diagnosis.
It’s possible to have schizophrenia AND depression.
The anhedonia could also just be a negative symptom.
If you have depression and schizophrenia, it’s schizoaffective depressive type.
Why? As far as I know, it’s possible to have both, just like you can have schizophrenia and anxiety or schizophrenia and adhd.

I have a heavy weight on my chest. I can’t breathe properly. I feel dead. No feelings, no courage to do the smallest things. Tired.
It looks like the first major depressive episode I had before the onset of schizophrenia
My whole body aches
I have 30 minute depression in the morning. Its without sadness. Its with breathing problem and a shock feeling. Feels like someone yelled at me at night. And in the morning im not in a mood to live.

Me neither. I have no strength to get up. I am so tired of waking up every day having nothing to do.

I have depression and sz, not sza. It’s definitely possible.
