Does anyone else here have this thing where you can identify “delusional” thinking, but it still gets mixed in with all your “reality” thinking. What I mean do your delusions feel the same as things that are more normal.
Basically, is it hard for you to let go of a delusion because it seems like a fact to you?
I think I know what you’re talking about. I can clarify to myself that “yes, indeed, this is classified as a delusion,” but being able to call it a delusion and recognize it as one does not make me believe it any less.
