Amazing film. It still holds up as one of the most scariest movies ever made. I think it’s due to the movie’s timeless storyline of good versus evil.

This is the same reason my rivalry with @anon82948922 is so timeless and long lasting. I haven’t figured out which is good and which is evil yet, though .

Wasn’t the demonic entity’s name Pazuzu? It’s really neat how they got the concept of some old mesopotamian deity as the demonic force. It’s briefly mentioned but little details like that make it somehow more believable. Really scary movie, still refuse to watch it alone at night. “THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!”

There’s a channel on YouTube called Meatcanyon that puts out awesome horror shorts. A lot of it is related to late 90’s and early 2000’s media, the creator is in his 30’s I think. He’s also pretty big now so there’s some internet culture / drama in his content now.
