Ya, I talk down about myself. I used to be a normie or high functioning. I had goals and a bright future.
I gotta be more positive, I guess.

Bro… there is hope. Idk what your situation is but I use to obsess about my flaws and how I was just horrible and that ■■■■ was worse than now.
I don’t mean to sound like B.S but really man… Maybe give some of your good points some play
that’s what I’m doing and I realize how unhealthy that self defeating mindset is…
To each his own but shiw the same humanity to yourself that you do to others
Sorry man… didn’t mean to sound like an ass hole… I’m having some feelings ATM
Naw, everythings great. I like you. Some people ignore me here. I’m pretty happy atm.
People ignore you? Damn … Only one chick on here ignores me lol
Ill just tell you Ken that you got the right to be proud of yourself especially when somebody attack you verbelly.
So be proud of being an execelent game dev, coder and musician.
And to all others I want to say that you should stay proud of who you are and especially when somebody try to drag you down.
Maybe if you found a less insulting way to refer to the ladies on here it might help.
I didn’t know the word “chick” was offensive ![]()
Nm…just looked it up. I guess I won’t be using that word. I thought it was harmless ![]()
You’d get your drink tossed in your face if you called my daughter that in a bar.
I don’t find it offensive. I live in US and I’m 34 years old. It’s a slang term or common word to use in a social situation. I’ve heard far worse words being used. People get offended over stupid and silly things like using the term ‘woman’ now. I don’t get it and find it annoying.
I don’t know what changed: covid, common core, or an invisible, silent alien invasion in 2012 lol.
It was considered offensive when I was a kid in the seventies and my daughter’s generation (Gen Z) also finds it offensive. Nothing has changed.
I’m generation z most people I know within my generation considered the word chick to be equivalent to the word dude, I had no idea that this word can be considered offensive until you brought it up and I searched the definition on my dictionary and it claims it’s offensive word, so the only reason I believe this word is losing its true meaning is because people are forgetting it was offensive but it’s not surprising. There’s a lot of words where I live that were considered quite racist, but they lost their meaning when people stop valuing what they meant.
Chick chick chick chick chick!!!
Yea defensive arrogance stems from insecurities but some people with aspergers come across as arrogant and lacking empathy. Really is there any need to brag and gloat all the time? Doesn’t bring good social vibes
Now you’d better duck!
Quack quack lol
I love gloating about my Corgi
Ya, I used to lack empathy and all that. I worked hard on it. Schizophrenia destroyed my self esteem and ego.
Asperger’s is still a disability. A lot of them are worse off than we think and still suffer. Some of them are very lonely and only a small fraction of them are savants or geniuses. But ya, maybe they enjoy talking about their positives or special interests because it makes them feel good and proud and happy?
My brother must be one of them, he actually gets offended if people call his Asperger’s a disability.
