I was told I had no hope of doing this, but I did. You have to be relentless when chasing recovery. It’s not something comes to you, you’ve gotta run that beyotch down and tackle it.
Yeah, there’s evidence and studies that suggest there’s a “resilience ability” that people can exercise to improve their odds of health in relation to sz/psychosis.
