We just can’t afford the cost to have it done, so we are pulling out our mower and I am a lot better shape these days so I am going to do the lawn myself…kind of daunting at first , but I’ll get the hang of it…just need to do it early in the morning when it’s cool and it shouldn’t be a problem.

I volunteered for years at an oval and did ground maintanence. I worked at a place where I did show room details on cars for the Brisbane motor show for years…
Do that at my place and I hate it and it’s hard to find the motivation. I haven’t washed my car in years! Still. If it comes to money I’m not wasting it…when your on a fixed income you have to make choices on where to spend your money and lawn maintanence is one of those things I’ll find the motivation somehow for!

There are pit bulls behind my house that don’t seem friendly. If I’m near the fence line they come up and start growling. So I pay a young man who’s not afraid of them to do it. The fence is even broken in one spot. The dogs haven’t figured that out yet but when they do Im going to be even more frightened by them
