I doubt that you can hear your neighbor upstairs talking. I doubt that your neighbor even cares who you are.

This isn’t neighbor problem. It’s a.med and therapy issue.

Head phones with music was always a good distraction for me.

I think this has gone on enough. I’m going to ignore them. I’ve been wearing headphones at night. I see my pdoc in a couple of weeks. I’m worried I have sleep apnea. I hope not.

Playing music or white noise through headphones has helped me so much.
