Nope! Probably not your neighbors. That’s your illness playing tricks on your senses. I’m sorry you’re going through that. Have you spoken to your pdoc recently?
It seems like the voices are getting worse for you and your aripiprizole is still not working at this dose. Something to talk about with pdoc for sure.

Yes, I already spoke to him on the 18th, the problem is that the next appointment is only in 1 month, and the appointment is expensive so I have to wait, the medicines don’t take away the voices at all It also doesn’t take away my paranoia with my neighbor, I’m getting worse with time and I don’t even leave the house because of fear. The voices never stop saying very bad things.

I see. Well that’s a bummer. I recommend trying to focus on the things you can control until your appointment. Things like what you wear and eat, maybe get dressed early one day and go someplace you feel safe, like a trail or your favorite store. Even if it’s your back yard for 15 minutes. Also I highly recommend headphones so there’s no way you can hear the neighbors.

Today I’m feeling bad, I always hear voices saying: he doesn’t have a disease, do you think he has a disease?, or he’s lying. This makes me very paranoid and I think it’s the neighbors who say this and I believe Let it be true because my trauma was the result of being persecuted when I was 15 years old.
