DBT - not the deep brain stuff, but the therapy. Have any of you done it? How did you do on the mindfulness when you hear voices? I am finding it, or any other meditation for that matter, exceedingly difficult.
Interesting - I was not familiar with DBT for psychosis - but it is being used in hospital settings (in addition to CBT for psychosis / schizophrenia).

It’s not used for, in my case, sz-a. It’s used for my borderline personality disorder. Basically my cutting. I’ve done one module of DBT and found the mindfulness bits almost impossible. I’m just not geared toward sitting quietly and thinking thing,
