I’ve noticed my energy levels are more “durable”, I can endure interest in walking more than I would if I was a smoker/vaper.
Breathing is smoother.
Negatives less problematic, still there - but less of an issue hence the durability of endurance in terms of energy.
Biggest problem so far is psychological craving - I enjoy smoking, and I can’t get rid of the mental craving
Zyban (Bupropion extended release) is what I’ve used to help me deal with the physiological withdrawals.

I smoked on and off from 2005 until 2018 then I quit and would get cravings to smoke then in 2019 I started taking Bupropion and the cravings stopped.

My body seems mostly able to deal with it, but my thoughts are still reliant on it - I imagine I’ll be on the med for at least another 20 days

I quit May 4th 2024. Since then I might have smoked one pack total stretched out over the year. At some point after quitting smoking stopped tasting good for me…
