I gotta agree with you! It sure brightens up my day! I have one or two coffee breaks or maybe three, and without it life wouldn’t be the same  :sunny: When I am depressed, my husband says ‘Why don’t you make yourself some coffee?’ And it helps a little.

I guess that’s why you put it under medication section - it’s as good as a drug!

4th cup brewing now

me too but as of next week i wont have any coffee to brew anymore because 1) no coffee machine available 2) i will move into my own apartment and will live as strict as a ■■■■■■■ monk only drinking water and eating the most basic things to stay alive.

I usually have 1 cup of coffee or 2.These days i drink tea which i bought from my trip to London last week.I went there for a course with 21 participants.
I am 2 years and 9 months in a new therapy.I think that i am doing very well.I didn’t have social problems or negative symptoms.

Caffeine withdrawals are tough so good luck. Tougher for me than nicotine.

this is what I’m having now

I tried quitting caffeine a while ago - the withdrawals were Hell!

I am back to drinking coffee - I love it, makes me feel good  :coffee:
