Crown court sorry not spam just made a mistake earlier

this is something i have been trying to find out more about
it is a very critical, acute and chronic set of behaviours, feelings, actions and reactions that my sister has been going through for years.

Any idea what happens after being assigned a psychiatrist to visit before going to Crown court the following week?

I hope she will be forcibly treated
she has a very unique set of symptoms which i think amount to PTSD (very severe) with alcoholism and enduring psychosis having been driven to this state by abuse and bullying

she has been stalked on line and he is her accuser because he is vague and unprovable and she has over contacted him to the point of being given a restraining order that she not go near or contact him
that has been breached by her and is seeing a psychiatrist monday

do you know what would be possible or likely in this situation?

It doesn’t sound like the “he” is a stalker, it sounds like the sister is. Either that, or she was being stalked by him while she was well, then she went psychotic and started stalking him.

Either way, she will probably be given a depot medication. If this is in Canada, that will probably be Invega Sustenna. She won’t like it, but it will make her more sane. Just try to be there for her, console her, make her feel accepted.

She might start thinking that all the food is poisoned, that’s a frustrating phase of prodromal schizophrenia that often happens. Might even start thinking she is a messianic figure, like the Virgin Mary or something bad, or constantly flip between the two. She might think there is “secret technology” implanted in her body, transmitting her thoughts to other people.

It’ll take time and medication to help her unravel her delusions. Eventually she’ll find a middle ground she can function from.

thanks!

He has been evil. he has taunted, drugged and raped her
in court she will not be able to prove anything against him
she has messaged him a lot and in the eyes of the law he even says they have never met
we’re in UK
I’m schizophrenic, our middle sister was as well
this doesn’t seem to pan out the usual way… she is still not completely incoherent and is potentially schizotypal - i don’t know about other dx’s - ‘prodromal’ throughout 5 years? i don’t know

She is actually very well if she stays away from alcohol.
This guy has been completely manipulative and actually its a horrific story
i think the one thing my sister honestly may not realise is how much google or Facebook spies on you.
some things she believes in are in reality not this guy but google realising patterns etc.
