you can cook pot roast or pork roast…when I cook pork roast, I cook it on low for eight hours and then fork the meat up really good, add taco seasoning, and eat it on fried tortillas with shredded cheddar cheese, taco sauce and sour cream…you can put shredded lettuce, black olives and chopped tomatoes if you want.

                                       Mick's Queso

1 block velveeta cheese, cubed and put into a crockpot on low,
2 cans rotel sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup…campbell’s.

My mom makes this cabbage and vegetable soup which is a great replacement for laxative haha. Shredded cabbage, carrots, potatoes, celary, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom, sometimes spinach, and then sliced up sausage. It’s really good.

I like to make pernil in the crock pot. So good. It’s Puerto Rican pork roast. Also teriyaki chicken with broccoli is good in the crock pot.
