there are so many unwanted dogs living on chains and in kennels in my neighborhood…I get to pet some of them, and they love me but I can’t save the world…they are getting ready to be very cold in the coming weeks of winter weather coming…sad…

Where I am dogs are very much inside animals. I literally can’t imagine confining them to the garden

Yeah where I live people mostly leave their dogs out in the heat and cold all year long and their constant barks make me sad, pets and kids should require screenings and tests and classes to have them.
You should report people who leave their dogs out in the cold during the winter. That’s animal abuse

We have tried, nobody cares out here. We’ve called several times over the years and nothing happens or changes, I want to just steal the dog off their porch or backyard and save it.

one owner is a crankhead and dangerous…I wouldn’t want it coming back down on me that I had his dogs reported…he would know it is me…the other owner mows my yard and I visit the dogs about every thrree days…no way I can mention it to my lawn guy that I think he needs to take better care of his dogs…maybe…I’m really tempted now.
you can get a second phone number through google voice or other apps, use a fake name.
