So I usually work 5 hours a day however as my manager asked due to workload I decided to do 6 hours. Before it was 5 hours I asked if I could leave but my manager wasn’t there. The senior support admin said I’m trying to find out when my colleague leaves so I can leave with her… probably joking who knows. I wanted to leave cos I can’t cope with more than 5 hours work. I ended up crying at my desk and the lady next to me saying I don’t look ok. I had to explain I’m fine but I sometimes get like this and it will go away in a few minutes and I’ll be fine. Explaining I had bipolar. Which is why I struggle.

I am going to work someday, but I have cried at a volunteer place. I tried to go to the restroom and not be too noticeable, sorry you went through this.

Also I have cried at school for a long time but I don’t cry anymore. I was pretty hysterical and sometimes I prefer to cry than going through a panic attack.
