My teacher passed me on the piano piece: “Melody in F”, by Anton Rubinstein today. Now, he has assigned me a more difficult piece, according to him, called, “Minuet in G Major”, by Christian Pretzold, usually attributed to J.S. Bach. It’s a very well known piece.

Nice one Skinnyme you are growing in talent and creativity… Keep up the good work
Piano looks so satisfying to play (or keyboard)

In my case it’s keyboard. That’s what I play most often.

I asked my teacher today what level he thought I was at and he said, “Later Intermediate”. That, after fourteen years of study!!! You would think I would at least be at early advanced by now. I will have been studying piano for fourteen years next month, in February 2020.

I heard from one member on this site that it takes five years for Risperdal’s adverse effects on creativity to wear off. Well, it’s taken over twelve years for it’s effects to dwindle down on me. I feel like only now am I finally just starting to get a little relief from it.

Considering that you were on meds and already diagnosed for a number of years before you started, you have done remarkably well @SkinnyMe
The main thing is that you are enjoying yourself and have many years of learning/playing to look forward to.
