Hi does anyone here use Creatine… is it okay to use as a schizophrenic?

Bipolar disorder: There have been cases of manic episodes in people with bipolar disorder who took creatine daily for 4 weeks. Creatine might make mania worse in people with bipolar disorder.

Kidney disease: There is some concern that creatine might make kidney disease worse in people who already have kidney disease. If you have kidney disease, speak with a healthcare professional before using creatine.

Parkinson disease: Caffeine and creatine taken together may make Parkinson disease get worse faster. If you have Parkinson disease and take creatine, use caffeine with caution.

I’ve taken creatine it made me gain like 15 pounds. I don’t like it. You don’t need it anyway . It’s not steroids which are extremely effective although illegal and harmful in large doses. Creatine will help you get like two reps. Just make sure you deadlift and squat hard on leg day and do all the other exercises. I stopped lifting weights becuase I didn’t lose weight. I want to be like 30 pounds lighter but the haldol destroyed my metabolism. It sucks ! I asked my doctor about switching meds but there’s honestly nothing out there that excites me.

Creatine makes you gain water weight. Protein powder is also kind of a waste. I’m not a fan of supplements even protein tbh

LS! I dislike this website webmd.com. It is not run by researchers but by medics. Probably medical students who are drunk all the time and extremely biased against pills you decide yourself about. Every other website writes that creatine makes lab mice live longer. Creatine might make you live longer too.
