I’m up about 8 lbs…from 172 to 180ish. But I’m almost 5’10 so I can carry the extra weight pretty well.

I lost around 10 lbs

I’m down. It’s hard work but losing a little bit and working hard at it.

72kg,used to be 76kg…

Stayed the same bcz I never go out of my house, 285lb, gained 150lb since I was put on antipsychotics 8 years ago.

I’m staying the same. Which is good.

I’m starting to lose weight again. Hopefully I won’t go down all the way to 45kg.
