50g lasts a few days costs £32 will go up again ugh

i find 30g lasts me about a week, but still, i’m gonna quit soon. i found oats help me feel less withdrawal and less need to smoke, for some reason i don’t enjoy smoking when there’s oat in my diet. I’m just waiting on a dr to proscribe me Zyban/Welbutrin

Good luck getting meds etc it should be easier for a light smoker like yourself
