I have no negative thoughts, anxiety or depression. Just no energy.
I try to do this when I have racing thoughts or negative thoughts, try to trace why I’m having those thoughts and sometimes I try to meditate to clear my mind to take a breather lol, when I have migraines or sinus headaches my thoughts turn really negative.
I have way too much anxiety. Way too much.
I think it might be a good technique but I think it would require intense therapy for the retraining
