I just read the abstract, but the title is weird. Are they concluding that people with more severe cognitive impairments are more likely to take meds, or less?

That wouldn’t make sense to me but IDK.

I think they mean it plays a part, a negative one, in how well people do sticking to taking their meds. The more cognitively impaired you are the less,generally speaking, you’ll stay on your meds
