Cognitive decline

I haven’t realized that, I had been having major cognitive decline for a number of years.
In that situation there is nothing but continuously daily spiraling.
Wish me the best for the therapist appointment so that I’m able to function

What activities are you doing to try and reverse it? Do you have goals set out? Do you have a daily plan? Do you have a recovery journal for tracking your efforts and the results? Remember that something that took years to happen will not be reversed in days, weeks, or even months.

I’ve been such a state that I hadn’t even recognize it, for in the spiraling thoughts you really don’t comprehend.
For me I was paralyzed from my analysis to the point I’d couldn’t even leave the house for 12 years
