I’ve noticed an improvement in my thinking from a couple months ago, like it is sort of back to normal with attention span and concentration. Doctor changed the meds from risperidone to Seroquel, and Zoloft. The appetite is strong again though, been eating too many cookies. Seroquel is more sedating for me too. Not sure why the doc changed the med or added sertraline, but so be it, I’ll stick with em as there has been improvement in mental functioning and I’m going to be looking for work again soon.

Seroquel gave me my congition back too, it is a great drug
Seroquel…as always I’m ‘upside-down’ on my meds, this one gave me a blinding headache for over 24 hours while in the psych hospital, I had to crawl to the bathroom and couldn’t eat or drink anything. Was the worst 24 hours in my life.

I’ve been considering asking to try Seroquel lately. Maybe I will.
My cognition has improved a lot too ever since I have moved to this assisted living facility where they do the cooking and where I am finally getting balanced meals. Also, the nootropic medications that I am taking, that I get online, Cognitex Basics, are also helping a lot too. And I’m sure my daily exercise routine, (yoga), isn’t hurting either.
