I need to stop coffee it makes me anxious and hypomanic. Whats weird is that I don’t have these issues from using caffeine pills and sugar free Redbull. Why is that?

Redbull has taurine in it which probably counteracts the caffeine.

I love caffeine in all its forms. It coukd possibly contribute to my social anxiety but i would never give it up again. My favorite part of the day is waking up and having a nice strong coffee and a vape to get my head straight.

All i know is that these energy drinks are pretty crazy, too much sugar & caffeine, people will be very fkd up if they drink that all the time I’d say.

I get the sugar free one. The 355ml I get has the amount of caffeine of one cup of coffee 110mg.

I thought energy drinks had loads of caffeine & sugar, i heard kids get pumped up on them like a drug, maybe I’m out of touch with it but i wouldn’t touch one, the big cans contain too much fluid for me any way.

I think here there is a limit on caffeine in energy drinks. Recently one brand was banned by Health Canada for containing 200mg of caffeine which is equal to 2 cups of coffee.

I’m a ultra monster girl myself (ultra means sugar free) or a whipped strawberry rockstar… found whipped strawberry rockstar on Amazon the other day… gonna buy a pack of that next month… I do really well on energy drinks… I don’t like the flavor of red bull

I still drink diluting juice lol, i don’t overindulge when it comes to drinks, i try drink fresh water when i can as well.
(I guess thats considered boring or old fashioned these days)

At home I don’t drink energy drinks, I drink Mio sugar free water enhancer.

apple juice is nice, i went through a faze drinking that but they sell it in a big plastic bottle & i don’t like plastic, it was cloudy apple, that’s pretty sweet but its natural and i watered it down.

I like cloudy apple best, the dark stuff isn’t as good, i use to get strawberry milkshake as well, i need to get that again, in my flat its usually tea or water, same when I’m in my charity.

@daydreamer I drink a lot of tea in the evening, I get a subscription of tea from time to time I just cancel my subscription when I get a stock of tea then start it again when I need to add to my stock

And flavored they don’t tell you what teas you’ll get but they haven’t given me a bad tea yet! The tea is packed in Canada I do believe the bags say, I usually transfer the tea into containers with a duck tape label on them
