So I have been suffering from some pretty intense anxiety from when I wake until about 2 oclock in the afternoon for the past several months. Now several months ago i removed caffeine from my diet because it was coming in the form of energy drinks and i know how unhealthy they are for you. For the last three days i have run an experiment drinking coffee when i get anxiety(not too much because i will get the jitters) and it has completely calmed my anxiety down. Is this because i also have add? Its counterintuitive but it seems to be working has anyone else experienced this?

I bet if you drank too much coffee you wouldn’t be calm. You’ve got to be careful.

Coffee affect people different.
I drink some coffee and i dont think it gives me anxiety Nor lessen it.
