Coffee tricks?

Hi friends, just another post, But been thinking, How the heck ppl drink coffee without getting super anxious for the rest of the day, any advice? coffee/tea… or is it just my body makeup? … =.=

I have no idea. Coffee is supposed to stimulate you.

I have the same question. It also gives me unbearable fatigue.

Tea and coffee are different. Tea has l theanine in it which is supposed to calm you down. Coffee makes me more jittery than tea but works better. Maybe try tea instead of coffee.

I drink a cup of coffee when I wake up, then go back to sleep. When I wake up again, I drink another cup.
I’ll drink maybe another after lunch, and one after dinner right before bed.
I wish it would give me anxiety,but at best I feel a bit more mentally alert, but it never keeps me from sleeping.

Caffeine makes me super anxious, too. I can only drink one cup in the morning. Any more and I start to get twitchy and paranoid. It’s not good for our brains, anyways. Too much caffeine can make you hallucinate.

I drink reg till lunch then no caffeine at all after. I do like coffee and drink decaffeinated at night

The coffee is sort of enigmatic. Some think we like caffeine, some think we like drinking coffee, some think we are so desperate that we drink pints of coffee out of boredom.

I personally feel compelled to drink coffee. I just do. A five dollar fifth of cold brew every day! I am a heavy drinker! Lets get out the decaying books and coffee! Who is gonna get the cigarettes? All of it, now! Drinking coffee and smoking (these days vape) while reading is my favorite activity.
