In the uk they are called ‘nice’ biscuits. They are lovely.

Many years ago Happy Shopper did a coconut cream biscuit that were scrummy. They were and still are my favourite biscuit and I would eat a whole packet over sweets. Not that I eat biscuits any more with the old type 2 diabetes

I like coconut macaroons with a cup of coffee. Coconut has a special taste in combination with chocolate or biscuit, hasn’t it?
