Hello. Does anyone know how to counter the tiredness caused by Clozapine? I sleep for 10-11 hours and can barely get up from bed. I take 325mg every night at 10 and go to bed at 11.
I have the same problem, sorry i cant offer any advise, i sleep about 12 hours a night!

Im on clozapine as well since 7 years. The sleepiness never develop tolerance. I still sleep for 12-15 hours at night. Im thinking about changing my meds

I found that if you spread out your dosage over the course of the day that it helps.

Have you tried this? I tried taking 100mg at 6 in the afternoon and the rest of the dose at 10 at night, and when I took the 100mg I felt really tired.
Maybe take them earlier in the evening like 7 or 8, sleep all night and have a whole day to yourself
