I can never figure out which way it goes. Thinking about it I think it would reduce to a 6 hour difference

I have cheated and already reset the clocks on the cooker and microwave. My computers change theirs automatically I think

I just checked; the US turns the clocks back next Saturday night (really 2:00 am Sunday).

No; cookers get a special treatment.
They need to be adjusted by 5 mins daily over a 12-day span. At least slow cookers.

All I know is that my thermostat was showing 18.40 at 20.31! There’s no instruction on how to change the time in the booklet .
