Do you find cleaning your room hard? Or easy? I need to clean mine and i keep putting it off.

I dont like my parents in my room. I feel like it invades my privacy

yea that makes sense. i trust my mum though so it’s ok for me. i don’t like other people in my room though.

It’s hard for me. I get overwhelmed.

i dont do nothing. i dont eat in here thou. there is lots of dust on the corners so it dont bother me. it goes uncleaned for weeks. months even. i do take out the trash.

It is difficult for sure.

I’m planning on cleaning as I go from this holiday onwards.

My case manager ordered me to clean my room on Thursday. I agreed because my room needed it, badly. Late Friday night I kicked back and cleaned my room in a haphazard way. It took much longer than it would have to just dive in and clean it, but my back hurt, so I figured I would take my time. I finished cleaning my room three o’clock last night. It’s already getting dirty again, so if she acts like she wants to inspect my room I will do a quick cleanup.

I leave it go for like a month then i clean.

I keep it organized. Everything has its place.
I put my dirty laundry directly into the washer or in a bag hanging on that rooms door.
One thing I need to do is dust.

I keep it neat and clean and occasionally vacuum it.

Years ago before dx etc i used to spend every weekend off work cleaning, mopping, dusting ironing shirts for hubby

Now hubby does it all

My room is messy but not dirty. There is a lot, a lot of hair accumulated on the floor that you’d think I had a cat or something but it’s actually just my hair compulsion thing.

Easy. My bedroom is pretty clean, always. Just needs some dusting, here and there, and a few things to put away.

I tend to not keeping my apartment clean. I have to clean up every three months because my landlord inspects my apartment.
