I’m still a smoker, half a pack to a pack a day. Want to quit someday.

I quit about ten years ago but my bf smokes.
I don’t have a puff of his or I might fall back to being a smoker.
I love taste n smell of it .
I quit alcohol as well.
I didn’t drink daily but I binged n got ridiculously drunk n got in to mischief sometimes cause I don’t handle alcohol well.

I have been smoking for nearly 10 years now. I’m in the process of quitting. So far I haven’t had a smoke for 10 days. I’ve had some strange dreams and a few odd thoughts but so far so good.

I’m on again off again. I switched to vaping, but to be honest I smoke a black and mild from time to time

Allergies too bad, I could either smoke, or breathe, but not both.

I smoked for 40 years and finally stopped five months ago…I tried and tried to quit cold turkey but finally figured out nicotine gum makes an easy quit for me. good luck.

I smoked since I was 15 yrs old. Stopped nearly two and a half years ago when I started taking wellbutrin. I read people who take it had similar experience.

I try to vape mostly, but sometimes I just need the real thing, y’know?

Yeah, Wellbutrin has helped a lot of people quit. It never had that effect on me, though. I’ve been taking it for years, currently take 450 mg/day of Wellbutrin XL, but still I’m struggling to quit.

I’ve been smoking for around 11 years.

Tried to quit a few times but as long as I get depressed it’s a vice.
