Concepts like Christ and God and Dragons all originate from the same place that generated all mythology and that is Animism.

Without going off on wild tangents, what I primarily assert is that God and gods and works like the Bible originate from mythical explanations for what early humans observed in the Natural world around them.

What we today call ‘mythical’ was the ‘rational/scientific’ interpretation of the world that those early humans were able to conceive with their limited knowledge and instruments.
There have been a continuous evolution of these ‘myths’/explanations (Polytheism > Monolatry > Monotheism > Philosophical theism/deism).
Furthermore our modern big religions are a reaction and an interpretation to various revelations, it is something that did not originate from animism.
