Chess24 update

I was at health club today, the 7th consecutive day at health club.
I did strength training, and then went to sauna and jacuzzi.

I skipped aerobic training today.

I tried to play a “classical” chess game( 30 minutes apiece), but due to intense pressure of intrusive thoughts

had to resign it.

Then, a few hours later, I played 3 blitz games( 1 minute+ 5 seconds for each move).

One win against a 1567 rated player, and one win and one loss against a 1704 rated player.

I used to love to go to the YMCA for swimming. And then after I was done I would always chill out in the jacuzzi. I really miss being able to do that.
