I had 3rd bag of French fries done in the dryer. Frozen peas and tinned meat balls just now, actually quite nice and less than £1. Don’t know about healthy though.
You put French fries in the dryer?
Bean soup.

I have lived on plain rice for weeks at a time in the past.
fryer lol 12345
Lol just thought I’d ask.
In Trinidad we have doubles
I just ate a $1.25 grilled chicken and cheese sandwitch and a glass of 1% milk. I’m going to have to get used to economizing more after our extra SNAP benefits run out.
No one has had ramen here? Probably the cheapest you can go
I had a ramen dinner not too long ago. I ate two bags of them. I’ve got more. You just gave me an idea for breakfast.
Elbow macaroni and pasta sauce tonight.
Cheapest meals? Anything from the food pantry. Hamburger gravy over mashed potatos is one.
And ramen is, as well. But I don’t eat ramen packs alone anymore. I only use the noodles out of them. I fry up chicken or beef in sesame oil, theow in garlic and ginger and onions, then add whatever frozen veggie I have. Soy sauce and oystwr sauce. In another pot I cook the noodles, once done I toss them with rhe meat and veggies.
Still cheap, but very tasty
when really poor, lived on box mac&cheese and frozen oj for eons.
Daal can be cheap and delicious made out of yellow split peas.
Split pea soup. Just a bag of peas, a few diced carrots and water.
Atm I’m on a low budget I’m living off rice cakes with sliced avocado and red peppers. That’s all…
On the plus side, here’s to weight loss
Woohoo
I love Indian food. Come to think of it I’m out of curry. Indian food is healthy too.
The cheapest meal I’ve eaten is Ramen Noodle Soup.
Bean burritos from Taco Bell are pretty cheap
