I use a breathing technique. I makes me calm, centred and focused. It clears my mind of scattered thoughts. Can you try it and let me know if it works for you. I breath in normally through my nose, on the exhale I make a tube shape with my mouth and do a deep OM sound. I can feel the low vibration at the back of my mouth. Sometimes it is combined with a bit of a whistle sound. It makes the length of the exhale longer that it would otherwise be. It sounds a bit like this

I try to do it as much as possible. Walking, working, shopping (quietly) or during house work. Does it work for you?
