Someone suggested I take abilify with dinner instead of breakfast.
It might help my wakefullness. Because then the immediate effects of sedation happen mostly during the night, hopefully.
Does anyone find that this is the case on abilify?

Yea I assume it’s like any other ap but I’m not sure. I used to take it in mornings. I’ve kinda changed to nights now

Best discuss with you psych. It was hot and miss for about 8-10years to get where I am today and constantly tweaking doseages. Each to their own thoug, depending on you, it may affect the outcome @Zoe
