So i have touched on my hyper hydrosis from abilify on here before if anyone remembers. Its extremely distressing and makes me not want to go to work. So my pdoc is changing me from abilify to brexpiprazole or rexulti is the brand name im pretty sure.
Hopefully the med change isnt too drastic becuase i liked abilify and it worked well aside from the excessive sweating.
Anyone else been on rexulti? What was your experience like?

I’ve been on it before I can’t remember it well I think it was more like taking water for me but abilify did a number on me weight gain, night sweats, glucose high, and loss of energy. I feel much better on caplyta

Brex is pretty similar, it’s a derivative of abilify. If you like abilify but are getting unwanted side effect makes sense to swap to this. However you may or may not have the same issues
