Changed my brand of instant coffee to something weaker

I feel better already. I’m like a coffee addict and it really affects me badly. It makes me more symptomatic.

Since switching I feel clearer headed and I’ve got a little bit of motivation back and don’t feel so depressed.

Now I’ll try to cut down on the number of spoons of instant I’m having per day if I can.

Is it the coffee, or is it just the caffeine? Because I figure you could maybe start with half caffeinated half decaf and go from there?

Yes it just the caffeine I think. I probably won’t go down the decaffeinated route though. I’ll just slowly cut back on the “real” stuff.

Good job @everhopeful! I should do that too. If i drink too much i just get tired, physically euphoric, yet my mind is in total dysphoria. Not fun.
