Certain Times of Day

Does anyone else notice a time of day where their symptoms are less pronounced? I find that for some odd reason my symptoms are less pronounced around 2-4pm everyday. Like I will actually look at the time when Im feeling better and sure enough its always between 2-4pm, usually 3pm.

Yes but it’s at about 10pm.

I have the opposite, windows where positive symptoms get worse. For me those are 4-6pm and 7-10pm, after that I’m home free. As for negative symptoms, they wax and wane over a number of months.

What happens for you at 10pm? What do you notice?

The anxiety seems lower.

I would get extreme bouts with depressed mood and suicidal ideation late at night. Feelings of restlessness feelings of irritability and wanting to die.
