They should give it to therapists to use for patients lol.

Its cool that you can read books, I can’t read books or long texts or even long posts here anymore since having sz 10 years ago at age 20-21.

I think I have permanent brain damage that caused permanent cognitive sympyoms like low working memory, etc My psychiatrist told me that psychosis reduces concentration and memory.

It helps give me insight and tools to know how to deal with hallucinations. in my case I dealt with a lot of command hallucinations.
I’d say its not something you can just read and magically your problem is solved but you have to practice what recommended.
the case studies help show how other patients dealt with there hallucinations/delusions and there improvements.

Ok. Was it expensive? Should I buy it? I don’t do CBT but psychoanalysis
It was 57 canadian , its 43 usd on amazon, a bit more than I wanted to spend but my therapist at the time was recommending books for me to get and I stumbled upon that one.
or you can rent it off kindle for 9 bucks
I think it could help you, do you generally feel powerless over your voices? if so then it can probably help you.

Be cool with sharing book excerpts peeps. There are laws and such to govern those things and this is a public website. I think a couple of images is cool but promoting illegal or such copies is against the rules.
