My case manager dropped my meds off today and she said I need to make sure to get my meds or call her when I need my meds because that could be why I’m feeling so down right now.
She hasn’t heard from me in three weeks and she was worried. Then we started talking about how I have problems connecting to people because of my illness. She’s noticed I’ve been opening up more in group and wants me to continue
My case manager recently left and didn’t answer my calls before he did so now I have no idea who to call to find out if I have a new one or if I’m just sol. You’re lucky you have such a great case manager.
Yes, ensuring you always have medication available is important. I know for myself when i’ve run out i start feeling bad and experiencing strange things. Sounds like your case manager is very knowledgeable.
I’m sure I could call someone, I just don’t know who. The only number I have is for the med nurse and she never returns my calls. I plan on just waiting until my next appointment.
I don’t have a case manager per say but my therapist handles my case at the mental health center I think. It’s good that you have one who is on the ball like that. It’s also good that you’ve been opening up in group. Hope you continue to get the help you need.
