Every time he calls, he asks how work is going. I have to tell him every time that I don’t work
Today, he asked me why my medicine Haldol makes me tired. I had to explain to him it’s a major tranquilizer that makes people tired.
I feel like this guy has no idea what he’s doing, especially when it comes to mental health
Sorry to hear that. Case management seems oblivious to your concerns and condition.
Yeah. It’s so frustrating! I’m trying to decide if I should complain or at least ask for a different case mgr

It is! And I’m concerned he put in my chart that I’m working when I’m not. That could affect my disability benefits

Well its kinda of a different issue then what your dealing with. But, they keep promising me case management but never follow through on it.
I feel your pain. I just found out my old case manager had entered a bunch of incorrect information in my file. Things like I don’t have a stable living situation, have a history of substance abuse, and other weird stuff. No e of it was true. I assume they got my file mixed up with someone else.
Oh I see. That sucks. Is there a governing body you can contact and talk to about it?

I honestly think they take on too many people and mix everone up.
My case manager is pretty good so I consider myself fortunate because I know that’s not the case for everyone. I hope you can get them to get on the same proverbial page with you.
I agree. The case load is insane
I’ve had good case managers and awful ones.
