Me and my doctor added clonidine for anxiety about a year ago. I was taking .2 mg twice a day and my doctor decided to reduce it to .1 mg 3 times a day. Since the reduction my blood pressure has been crazy. My resting heart rate is definitely higher and when my anxiety is bad it feels like my hearts gonna pound out of my chest. So PSA be careful with clonidine it can cause rebound hypertension when discontinued.

Take buspirone liké me because it’s good for anxiety and panick attacks without side effects and the withradal IS very easy i do a withdrawal easily one Time. Buspirone IS not a benzodiazépine Also.

I have had good results from Buspar, as well. 
Yes buspirone IS a wonderfull drug !!!
I take 10 mg two Times daily so 20 mg by day.

I take Buspirone 30mg, twice a day. It’s the max dose.

It’s definitely inspired me to get back to walking/biking. Gotta get my blood pressure down somehow. Probably gonna start supplementing for it.

I was hallucinating in my sleep about radioactivity weird ■■■■. I’m glad it works for y’all. Buspar and I don’t get along. Good advice to avoid that pill. Whew.
