I just saw my psychiatrist and after officially being diagnosed with FND yesterday I was able to ask my psychiatrist of it was a contributing factor, which is a major key factor for my lawsuit, and she said she thinks it was.

What does FND stand for? And what is this lawsuit about? Sorry, I suppose I haven’t been paying as much attention to the forum as I should.

Functional neurological disorder. It’s for a car accident. A year ago some kid t boned me and I developed neurological issues

My late brother was rear ended in traffic and had a stiff neck. He never sued, but his sore neck dogged him pretty much his whole adult life and he regretted not suing the violator.

Car accidents are no joke!! I only appeared to have a sprained thumb but a few months later I started having functional seizures from the stress and PTSD. Some people get epilepsy from car accidents tho, or nerve damage from spinal cord damage. They tested me for everything and luckily my only damage is PTSD related, as my usual
