Can't hydrate/drink well

We still have a heatwave and I can’t seem to hydrate well. I keep getting dehydration headaches, and my mouth is always dry.

Part of this is because drinking fluids naturally makes me have to pee. I don’t like having to use the bathroom, and I’m a bit scared of not being able to get to one in time, although that’s never happened.

Before I started Invega I’d get tactile hallucinations of wetting myself if I had to pee and I wasn’t alone.

The headaches are becoming a problem. And I’m sick of the dry mouth.

How do I overcome this paranoia and get some fluid in me at a level that matches the outside temperature?

You can drink something with electrolytes?

I had hallucinations of wetting my pants when I was high on weed

What has electrolytes?
And what excactly is electrolytes?

Pedialyte or Gatorade and such. They keep you hydrated…mainly sodium and potassium. Omg, I almost typed them as chemistry elements

Can you try eating high water content foods? Fruits and vegetables are great for this. It may help you hydrate even though you’re anxious about drinking fluids.
