I came home and smoked illegal weed and after smoking legal marijuana for 3 months in moderation for the most part, I could notice a noticeable difference between the legal and illegal weed. The legal weed was way smoother and less harsh. Was very Medicinal. The illegal weed was harsh and grimy and anxiety inducing. I’m gonna give the rest to my friend…I ain’t smoking that stuff again. HUGE difference. We should take into account that medical grade marijuana is way different from weed on the streets. The pesticides allowed in legal weed are limited. I’ve been saying this before but now it’s confirmed…

A friend told me that there are different strands and that if my experience was not great it’s because I didn’t get the right strand.
But yeah, I think the production/care is probably more important.
That’s my main concern when wanting to experiment with any substance is where/how its produced.

The strand can be important especially to a medical patient but the pesticides used, on the streets they just want to get you as high as they could so they use grimy scumbag chemicals. Legal weed I found less intoxicating which was a good thing. And it just feels more natural when it’s legal.

My best friend has ptsd and schizophrenia and is prescribed medicinal marijuana in the state of Connecticut. In the state of Washington anybody can purchase it without a prescription…but it’s all the same when it is LEGAL. manufactures and tested for purity.

Medicinal grade…yes. At the marijuana store. Which is right next to the medical marijuana store. The difference in the stores, the store that you need a prescription has no tax on it because it’s medicine. Although the quality is the same at both. The medicinal store has strains like charlottes web though which was designed for a little girl with epilepsy and shows great promise for schizophrenics too. So the selection might be slightly different too.

I like CBD high strains. Like charlottes web and ACDC. I would rather have whole buds rather than oils and sprays and all that stuff. Just give me CBD buds, not THC because that sends me paranoid. I agree, street weed is grown for cash not taste or high. Go quality grown weed is better. But just send us CBD buds of charlottes web and ACDC, rather than oils. Just PURE CBD BUDS is what I want.

I think a problem is they give you a card for all marijuana…I should be able to seek a high cbd marijuana card and get it easily because that’s gonna help me

Iowa has strict marijuana laws. No medical. It’s illegal. Not decriminalized. One of the worst states for weed in the country. It’s on a state by state basis as of now.
I live in WA and I believe they are trying to make medical marijuana to be sold at recreational stores. They loved the taxes so much from recreational that they want to tax medical. Go Huskies.

My sister took the high CBD stuff for her PTSD, but she can’t use it anymore because she is pregnant. She is having a really hard time with that now. It is much harder to find it in New York. Her friend used to grow it for her, but then he got busted. It was a terrible story, because the guy just grew the high CBD low THC stuff, all organic, and he was selling it for practically nothing just to help sick people. It was basically a nonprofit. He only charged enough to cover the cost of his operation. A bunch of people banded together to help pay his legal fees though, which is pretty cool.
Pot didn’t work for me. I had a terrible reaction. But it really does help some people.

Yesterday saw my pdoc. Mentioned marijuana and he said “just don’t abuse it…I can’t give you a prescription though” my immature ass went out and bought weed after but it was a mistake. It had been like 3 1/2 weeks since I smoked though. But yeah big difference. My pdoc used to say “no weed” now it’s “don’t abuse it” so when you’re psychotic u definitely shouldn’t smoke but I think cbd for my anxiety is useful at this point.
