Maybe you ought to notify Associated Free Press that their “cancer graphic” is inaccurate. They might be posting fake news on Twitter. You never know.

Cardiovascular disease IS the #1 killer but I think that is mostly the United States and not worldwide because we eat bull crap. (I mean when most people eat red meat from a cow, might as well be bull crap right?)

Yeah, I’m not sure if there are country specific diagrams for the most cancer type causes of death but no doubt that cattle farming to sell red meat to consumers is a cause of colorectal cancer.

There are also different diets depending on each country as well. Some might not even have a problem with cancer OR heart disease. And I would wager that most don’t.

According to that graph, I’m pretty screwed 
I’m overweight, I don’t eat much greens, I don’t move around much, I vape and smoke, and I sometimes drink.

Yeah, I remember that some countries have a plant based diet where they just eat seed grown foods. BIll Clinton is now on a vegan-based diet after he had two coronary stents implanted in his heart.
