Cancel plans? Stress?

I have plans tomorrow morning. I want to cancel. I’m really anxious, voices.

I just want to stay home. I don’t want to be social and go out and about.

I never want to make plans again. It is stressful.

I’ve cancelled plans in the past because I didn’t feel up to it.

I guess the sooner you cancel the better as it gives the other side more notice.

Should I maybe try to sleep? Maybe I’ll feel better after rest ? I really feel bad right now

Yes, have a sleep and if after that you still feel like cancelling it, then don’t be afraid to cancel.

@Bitty maybe stay home and rest ? Do something good for yourself. I totally get not wanting to interact with anyone.

If you have anxiety and stress related to it, it is totally fine to stay home. Do not feel guilty about it. Do what is best for YOU and don’t risk your health.
